I’m talking hydration
Well friends, I had an issue on this trip, and it had to do with my drinking problem. You see, I could not get enough water into my system. I keep getting dehydrated in the evening. And instead of enjoying an adult beverage, I was chugging my water bottle. Or waking up at night with a headache. You don’t want to do that now do you? With all the extra miles I was logging, I needed to increase the amount of water I was drinking, especially on those strenuous walking days. Sounds simple enough, but I kept getting distracted. Don’t do it friends. Drink up.
